viptaka Terms and Conditions

01 General Provisions

1.1 Introduction

viptaka is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between viptaka ("Platform", "we", "us") and registered users of the platform ("you", "user"). Alongside these Terms, our Privacy Policy and responsible gaming guidelines also apply to the use of the platform.

1.2 Amendments and Updates

viptaka reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after an amendment takes effect will be taken as the user's agreement to that change. It is therefore recommended that all users review this page regularly.

1.3 Definitions

• Account: A user's personal registered profile.
• Balance: The total amount of funds held in an account (bonus funds and real money are kept separate).
• Bonus: Additional funds or benefits granted by viptaka.
• Wagering Requirement: The number of times a bonus must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.
• KYC: "Know Your Customer" — the identity verification process.

02 Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To open an account on viptaka, users must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age (21+).
• Must be able to verify identity through any accepted legal method.
• More than one account per person is not permitted.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

viptaka reserves the right to verify a user's identity to ensure secure transactions. Completing KYC may be required to make deposits, withdrawals or access other benefits. Government-issued identification, such as a National ID card or passport, may be requested.

2.3 Account Security

It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account login details completely confidential. Allowing others to use your account or sharing login details is strictly prohibited. If there is any suspicion of unauthorised access to an account, our support team must be notified immediately.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can currently be deposited on viptaka via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Bank transfers can be made through any designated bank, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. KYC verification must be completed on the user's account before a withdrawal can be made. To withdraw winnings from a bonus balance, the applicable wagering requirement must be met.

Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer — all methods are available for withdrawal.

3.3 Fraud Prevention

If a user attempts to gain bonuses or winnings through multiple accounts or any other irregular method, viptaka reserves the right to cancel any transactions and suspend or close the relevant account.

04 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; to withdraw the bonus, a total of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered.

4.2 Other Promotional Bonuses

viptaka runs various promotional offers on a regular basis, including the following:

• viptaka Weekly Reload Gift: 30% bonus on deposits of ৳500 or more each week, up to a maximum of ৳5,000; wagering requirement 15 times.
• viptaka Slots Festival Bonus: 50% bonus once a month on deposits for slot games, up to a maximum of ৳8,000; wagering requirement 20 times.
• viptaka Cricket Offer: 40% weekly bonus on cricket markets, up to a maximum of ৳6,000; wagering requirement 18 times.
• viptaka Birthday Special Reward: Verified account holders can receive up to ৳2,000 during their birthday month each year; wagering requirement 10 times.
• viptaka Refer a Friend Bonus: Up to ৳3,000 reward for each successful referral; wagering requirement 12 times.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

The minimum deposit for all bonuses is ৳500. The applicable wagering requirement must be met before funds earned from a bonus balance can be withdrawn. Bonus funds are never treated as direct cash, and viptaka reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.

05 Gaming Rules

5.1 Available Games

The viptaka platform offers games across various categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and card games. Each game has its own rules and RTP (Return to Player) rate. Game outcomes are entirely controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

5.2 Betting Limits

A specific minimum and maximum bet amount may be set for each game or market. Additional restrictions may apply when placing bets using a bonus balance. If a bet is processed abnormally due to a technical error in the system, viptaka reserves the right to cancel that bet.

5.3 Cheating and Unfair Conduct

Any form of cheating, use of bots, programming assistance or any other technique that affects the normal gameplay of the platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

06 VIP Program

6.1 Tier Structure

The viptaka VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular play.

6.2 Weekly Cashback

Each VIP tier receives cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% of weekly net losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% of weekly net losses.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% of weekly net losses.

Example: If a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

07 Responsible Gaming

viptaka believes gaming is a form of entertainment. However, if it goes out of control, it can have a negative impact on personal and family life. Read our responsible gaming guidelines and set your own betting limits. Contact our support team to request self-imposed limits or a temporary account break.

All viptaka services are strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 years of age. Accounts opened using the identity of a minor will be closed and all deposits may be forfeited.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Action by viptaka

viptaka may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Dishonest or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

If a user wishes to close their account voluntarily, they must notify our support team in writing. Subject to all applicable conditions being met, the available balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

09 Technical Matters

9.1 System Errors

If a technical error causes a win or bonus to be displayed incorrectly, viptaka reserves the right to correct that amount. If a transaction is cancelled or corrected due to such an error, the user will be notified as quickly as possible.

9.2 Connectivity Issues

If a problem occurs during a bet or game session due to an internet disconnection or device crash, the data recorded on viptaka's servers will be considered final.

9.3 Mobile App

viptaka's Android (APK) and iOS apps are available through official channels. These same terms and conditions apply to use of the app.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

12 Legal Matters

12.1 Limitation of Liability

viptaka will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Placing bets and playing games on the platform is done entirely at the user's own risk.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies together form the entire agreement between viptaka and the user. These Terms take precedence over any prior oral or written discussions.

12.3 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
